Internal Assessment Grievance Management System at Gloria Group of Institutions
The dates for exams are clearly specified in the college handbook provided to each student and are strictly adhered to unless in exceptional circumstances. Teachers inform students in advance about exam dates and the portion to be covered. A detailed timetable is displayed on the notice board, and circulars are issued to each class.
An Examination Cell (BOE) comprising faculty members and administrative staff oversees exam conduct. The BOE collaborates with the Principal on seating arrangements, timetable, code of conduct, handling grievances, and more.
Faculty members are vigilant against malpractice, and students are expected to maintain exam hall decorum. Any malpractice is dealt with strictly, with reports made to the Principal. Surprise checks are conducted by the BOE to prevent malpractice. Students with grievances regarding faculty conduct can approach the BOE/Principal. IA Marks are displayed on the Notice Board and shared in Class WhatsApp groups for verification.
Students can raise issues with their Class Mentor.
Class Mentors escalate matters to the Head of the Department for impartial enquiry and resolution.
Further appeals can be referred by the HOD to the Principal for final clarification and decision.

Qualifications required to appear for University Examinations
Attendance – As per University Norms i.e. 75%.
To be qualified by performing well in the CIA(Continuous Internal Assessment) i.e the First Internal Assessment Exams, Model Exams and the required number of assignments.

Grading of marks at the Examination
- 60% and above = First class
- 50% and above = Second class
- 40 – 49 % = Pass Class
